At Arm, we believe real transformation happens when bold ideas, diverse voices, and purposeful collaboration come together.
ArmUnited is the embodiment of this — a unified coalition of our four key DEI stakeholders:
DEI Council, DEI Working Groups, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and Employee Communities.
Together, these teams harness diverse perspectives, lived experiences, and collective action to solve challenges, amplify voices, and reimagine what’s possible. ArmUnited turns shared purpose into powerful outcomes — helping Arm build the future of computing, together and for everyone.
Employee Resource Groups
Our ERGs are groups of underrepresented and marginalized employees who come together based on primary dimensions of diversity and shared experiences. These groups are open to everyone and provide a safe space for members to create community, share information, and help the company build a culture of belonging for all employees.
